If you are interested in participating as an assistant in the Congress, fill out the following form:
IMPORTANT: It is essential that once the form is completed, a copy of the consignment or electronic transfer receipt is sent to the email (congreso.ecologia@arasari-ci.com) according to the registration category.
In the subject of the email, please write the identification number with which you registered. This form will NOT be taken into account until a copy of the consignment is received.
EXHIBITOR
If you are interested in participating as an exhibitor in the form of presentation and / or poster in any of the thematic lines of the Congress, fill out the following form:
IMPORTANT: Take into account the document of general guidelines for the submission of abstracts found here . The receipt of abstracts will be until August 31, 2018.
Registration and submission for evaluation of the abstract will be taken into account ONLY until a copy of the corresponding consignment is received by mail of the congress (congreso.ecologia@arasari-ci.com). In the subject of the email, please put the identification number with which you registered.

The date for receiving activity proposals has already ended. Many thanks to all those who sent us their proposals.
REGISTRATION FEES
Registration for the congress must be made by consignment or electronic transfer, to the savings account No. 602 550666 36 of Bancolombia, in the name of Arasarí Conservación e Investigación (NIT. 900.719.455-1), according to the following table ( all values are in COP):
For payments outside the city of Bogotá, a surcharge of COP 12,200 per transaction must be applied.
For payments outside of Colombia, a surcharge of USD 5 per transaction must apply.
Prices in dollars may vary according to the TMR of the day.
CANCELLATIONS AND TRANSFERS: The Congress is not in the capacity to reimburse the registration money to people who do not attend it due to the administrative expenses that this entails. If you definitely cannot participate in the event, we have the option of transferring the registration to another person. The person who is going to benefit from the session must be registered and belong to the same category. Please write to us at with your personal data and that of the person benefited by email congreso.ecologia@arasari-ci.com.
For graduate ecologists who are not registered with the National College of Ecologists-COLNADE and who participate in the Colombian Congress of Ecology 2018 either as assistants or speakers, they will have a 15% discount on the acquisition of the Professional Card during the year 2018.
